Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a manual treatment modality targeting soft tissue based injuries involving muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It is a regulated profession and must be administered by a registered massage therapist.

Treatments of massage therapy may be applied with different body parts from the use of hands, elbows, and forearms. Gentle mobilization of joints, stretching, and muscle stripping are common techniques used in these therapeutic massages.

Massage therapy is effective for various soft tissue based injuries such as back pain, as well as sports-related conditions, and rehabilitation from post surgical procedures.
