Yoga

History

With thousands of years of history, yoga is commonly practiced to enhance once mental, spiritual, and physical health. There are various forms of yoga such as hatha, ashtanga, iyengar, power, pre-natal etc..that is being practiced and taught around the world.

Technique

Yoga at Unihealth is designed to cater to a small group of students (5 or less) so that each student will receive the utmost in personal attention. This way, our teacher will have time to work with each student individually during each class session.

Uses

Our unique therapeutic approach to yoga blends the healing art of spinal care along with yoga stretching. This is designed for students suffering from back pain, sciatica, neck pain, muscular tension, and various forms of joint based injuries.
